Automatic flocking coated rubber extrusion materials are typically made from polyamide or polyester fiber flocking, sometimes a blend of both. The flocking length is 0.5-0.8 mm, and most flocking is black. The flocking process mainly includes pretreatment, adhesive application, electrostatic flocking, and curing. After curing, the strips are cleaned of surface loose fibers, then cut to specific dimensions, placed in packaging boxes, and inspected for storage, delivery, or further packaging.
