What are your core products?
We specialize in various automotive rubber parts, foam processing, wiring harnesses, insulating materials, and aerogel pads. Our processes include injection molding, punching, extrusion, and lamination.
Do you offer OEM services?
Yes, we provide both OEM and ODM services. Approximately 99% of our customers require customized molds based on specific drawings and criteria.
What materials can you work with?
We work with a wide range of materials including EPDM, NBR, Silicone, FKM, Neoprene (CR), Liquid Silicone, NR, IIR, SBR, ACM, AEM, and various sponge materials.
How do you ensure the quality of bulk orders?
We provide pre-production samples for approval and supply quality certificates such as measurement reports and material data sheets before delivery. We also accept third-party inspections from SGS, TUV, or Intertek.
What is your standard payment term?
We typically accept T/T (30% deposit and 70% balance against copy of B/L) or L/C at sight. Western Union and PayPal are also available for convenience.
