In rubber products aspect, we have a complete range of production equipment, with our own formula R&D team, mold and tooling design and development team, error-proof ingredients system and four rubber-mixing production lines. Through compression molding, transfer molding and injection, fully automatic cold flow Road injection, automatic car cutting, die-cutting, double compound and three compound extrusion, two-component liquid silicone injection and other means, we produce all kinds of rubber shaped pipe, sleeve, plug, sealed with a variety of skeleton materials ring, shock absorbers, rubber sets and all kinds of rubber metal parts.
The group has advanced technology and complete equipment. It also has dozens of professionals in product development, mold design and manufacturing, which can meet the one-stop service from product development to mold manufacturing. The size of the product can be controlled within the RMA A1 tolerance standard of the rubber industry. More than a thousand new products are developed annually, with a development cycle of about 10 to 25 days.
