What are your payment terms?

We accept T/T 50% deposit and 50% balance against copy of B/L or L/C at sight. West Union, VISA, and Paypal are also accepted.

What is the normal lead time for product orders?

Average lead times for prototypes are 7~10 days. For production involving tooling, the lead time for tooling is 10 days, with average production time being 2-3 weeks after sample approval.

What is your standard packing method?

All goods are packed in carton boxes and loaded onto pallets. Special packing methods can be accommodated upon request.

How do you ensure the quality of bulk orders?

We provide preproduction samples for approval, quality certificates (measurement reports, material data sheets, COO, COA) before delivery, and accept third-party inspections from SGS, TUV, INTERTEK, or BV.

What materials are available for production?

We work with a wide range of materials including NBR, EPDM, SILICONE, FKM, NEOPRENE(CR), NR, IIR, SBR, ACM, AEM, and Fluorosilicone(FVMQ).

Do you follow international standards for rubber products?
